Samsung has been putting in a lot of effort in building their Samsung Apps market.  They are actively improving their www.samsungapps.com website, and keeping their Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channel active.  It is certainly worth a look if you own a Samsung Galaxy Note 2.  You can also get the Samsung Apps APK on the website.  You first should choose USA as the links do not seem to be available in most other countries.  Just a note, the apk offered to download looks like it is the same for even the Korean Samsung Apps, which means that how Samsung Apps looks and behaves on the Samsung Galaxy Note II is now solely based on the model number that it detects on your phone.  This means that the Samsung Apps you download should be the same, whether the phone came with it or not.  However, the Samsung Apps website needs to recognize the model number of your device.  If it doesn't the apps available will be restricted.

If you see that other carriers in your country have the same phone as you do, but your phone does not have access to all the apps like they do, you should definitely take a minute to contact the Samsung Apps people through their Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts.  Unlike many companies in the US who put customer service staff to fend off calls so that IT staff and engineers are not bothered by customers requests, Samsung isn't one of them.  It may take a bit of time, and there may not be a response, but I often feel they do listen if you give them enough time.
