Here is a review of the GO LauncherEX for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.  I'll review Nova Launcher Prime next, which I do prefer over Go LauncherEx.

For Go LauncherEx, I go over everything that you can gain from running this launcher in depth instead of running the default Samsung TouchWiz Nature UX.
