The Anti Shake feature definitely serves a purpose on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, but the effectiveness of the stabilization is limited.  However, you can stabilize videos through software, but that requires pretty expensive software like Adobe After Effects CS6 and a powerful computer to boot.  Unless you don't mind running your computer at full blast for overnight to stabilize a few minutes of video.

The solution?  Upload it to YouTube and stabilize through YouTube.  It works quicker and as good (maybe even better) than the most sophisticated sophisticated automatic stabilizing software available today.  The results are pretty stunning with the right precautions, and still good even if you shot haphazardly.  I also discuss how to download the video afterwards if you need it for editing.
