In short, the multiwindow improvements on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are significant. It was first introduced on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 exactly year ago. At that time, it was the first time we had seen such a feature, and it has seen slow but steady support by developers. Now it has gained a drag-and-drop functionality among other improvements that make it way more useful than before. Honestly, I loved the feature before but I had a hard time finding uses for it. But it seems like this time, I'm finding ways to use it more regularly.
